I'm playing it and I'm enjoying it.
It's far from perfect, sure, but the main story quests and side missions along with the characters you meet are incredible. Such good writing and well thought out mission designs. The whole look and feel of the open world and locations are great.
Outside of missions the world does feel a bit superficial though, as there's not too much to interact with. Crafting could be a lot better, but at least the legendary weapons you can find/collect are worth it so the lacking crafting system doesn't matter too much. The Cyberware you can use/implement on you character is really good and the perks you can get for character build are also decent enough.
As for the bugs... Well, I trust CDPR will fix most of the worst ones over the coming weeks/months.
