Lately I've been having to have some caffeine everyday because of my sleeping schedule, but technically I could get by without one if I'm on winter break. There is no way if I'm in uni though with having my job and classes too.
green tea is good~ i really enjoy a warm drink in the morning even if the caffeine isn't much. coffee is that for me most of the timethankfully not my sleeping schedule is probably just as bad as yours because i can't sleep more than 5 hours a day (and i don't even want to because i have an irrational fear of being asleep) but i don't feel physically tired and i don't really like coffee so i'm glad i don't need it. i drink lots of green tea everyday though and i've heard it has caffeine in it too but not that much.

and i think it is rather sad for them people who do need it so bad they drink like 3 + energy drinks in the morning
