My eldest daughter and myself will go for a run around the Imperial Palace grounds (1 lap of the grounds is roughly 5km) at 5:30am on a daily basis.
I will also alternate days between doing 1hr of weight lifting training and 45mins of swimming.
Remaining in top physical shape is very important to me
I go to the gym 3 hours per week for a Yoga class. Been going to the gym since I was young, but I quit for a few years because of a surgery. I decided to follow an app and workout in last year's quarantine but I realized I was lying to myself when I said that I will follow it strictly. So I ended up going back to the gym.
Aside from Yoga I also go for walks everyday. I hurt my knee today lol.
