When they don't put trigger warnings or archive warnings that are CLEARLY necessary
When they misspell a word pertaining to a body part
Technically the same as the last one but when they can't distinguish their, there, and they're.
When they make the main part of the story take unnecessarily long to get to. NO I don't mean slow burn, slow burn has a reason to pan out. I mean when they clutter the story with filler to make it go by slower without any actual literary substance

1) when they don't use proper spelling and grammar - Grammarly and Word Spellcheck (or whatever you use to check it) are there for a reason!

2) when they speed a fanfic up really fast just to get to the good parts - I once discovered a 1D fanfic with a really good plot, but the very last line in the first chapter was "sorry for going so fast, I just want them to fuck" um, that's a hard DNF from me, ma'am!

3) when they clearly haven't done their research - I was reading a historical fanfic one time, and the names the author used weren't even historical or old-fashioned... they were names we use today, like Aria!
