They aren't outright admitting to bullying but there was some dispute, and the details are tough to confirm/deny. Regardless, it's def gotten to the point where Cube feels having her in the group for now would damage their image in the gp's eyes.
We'll see how things develop.

Well I think there might be some bias to that as we knew the victims in the April and AOA situation with Hyunjoo and Mina but we only know the peson being accused unless you're Korean and then you'd know Seo Shin Ae which is why Soojin got turned on by Knetz pretty quickly similar to like April did.

I'm not sure what to settle on in terms of thinking about any of these situations, I have some thoughts but as these situations seem to be developing still I am reserving coming to a conclusion on any of them.

Hyunjoos family accused April and somewhat DSP of bullying her out of the group and in general making her miserable so she ended up attempting suicide which there are documents proving she did attempt suicide but DSP is saying the story is one-sided after trying to talk to her and are proceeding to sue the family

I would say that this is the best option for now unless things get more drastic. I hope that if it is true, the victims get the justice they deserve and that Soojin apologizes for her actions

They did but as Abe mentioned there is a record of Hyunjoo attempting suicide which essentially confirms the entire thing... since DPS isn't willing to agree that it even happened.

Suicide isn't a confirmation of bullying...Hyunjoo was struggling for a long time it seems even before tensions in the group seemed to have risen. It might've contributed but bullying doesn't drive someone to attempt suicide fully there has to be some sort of foundation for it.

I believe he's saying that DSP isn't admitting that Hyunjoo tried to commit suicide, which therefore makes all of their claims invalid since they're denying facts.
