Hot chocolate, or chocolatey hot drink or tea with milk for me, ever since i gave up coffee cos it started giving me withdrawal type symptoms when i was drinking it too many times a day. Quit it cold turkey cos it was messing with my focus smh. It was too much n too little until i forced myself to stop drinking it. Now im not wanting to drink it at all. Just drink water or soda or fruit juice or tea instead. Or even dairy/chocolate milk even.
