How would you run it?
What kind of rules might you implement for your talent?
Would you only have one gender of idol groups?
Would you have no idol groups at all and focus strictly on modeling and acting talent?
Would you follow trends of the industry or try to set them?
What kind of accommodations and facilities would you have available in your company building (cafe, gift shop for tourists/fans, special vocal training booths, small dance rooms to practice or grand ballroom spaces, state of the art electronics to use or whatever you could afford comfortably, etc)

Go crazy, really - I'm curious how people might build their K-Entertainment empire!

How would you run it? With an iron fist :sanapray:
What kind of rules might you implement for your talent? Progress or get out
Would you only have one gender of idol groups? Yes. Only girls allowed.
Would you have no idol groups at all and focus strictly on modeling and acting talent? Nope. Will have all.
Would you follow trends of the industry or try to set them? Depends on how strong the trend is and whether there's an oversaturation in the market.
What kind of accommodations and facilities would you have available in your company building? For starters, nice dance practice rooms with air condition lol.

Hopefully good lmao.

What kind of rules might you implement for your talent?
Explain what does that mean and I'll edit this sksk.

Would you only have one gender of idol groups?
Nope, all allowed even co-ed groups.

Would you have no idol groups at all and focus strictly on modeling and acting talent?
Nah, most likely I would have few people in every field to see how will it go.

Would you follow trends of the industry or try to set them?
For startes I would most likely try to set one, but follow up with another group. Since I feel like group has to be strong enough for a concept that is in the trend.

What kind of accommodations and facilities would you have available in your company building?
For startes I would have dance, vocal and rap rooms where they can learn. I would also have a canteen, where healthy food is served most of the times, also drinks ofc. Also something like a waiting room, but filled with comfortable chairs, desks where people can gather up and talk. Also would have bathrooms ofc, where you can also shower etc.

(finna go broke)

I admit that I am going to troll for sure, but yeah I'll still do it

What kind of rules might you implement for your talent? no food, no tv, no social media, no friends
Would you only have one gender of idol groups?
Only solo white asian artists at the age of 22 and they have to be gay
Would you have no idol groups at all and focus strictly on modeling and acting talent?
Yep
Would you follow trends of the industry or try to set them?
I'll try to copy another artist since asian people always look the same, so they can easily copy their visuals

Cafe for me, gift shop for me, special vocal training booths for my bad artists, huge dance rooms so I don't have to agree with the sentence, and 17 statues of myself

I would run it rather loosely, more like support system for artist to create and perform their art.

Talent-wise you need have enough it-factor to command the stage on your own, you need to have your own thing- tone or singing style that stands out, sth to say with their music certain concept or image they are going for, songwriting skills almost must have.

I would barely have any groups, but if I had both genders. I would be more into solo artists and small units and having them collab.

Try to set trends for sure.

My company would be rather small, mostly recording rooms and couple practice rooms, meeting room and somewhere to hang out.
