MONSTA X (몬스타엑스) is a 7-member boy band under Starship Entertainment. They were formed through the survival show No. Mercy and debuted on May 14, 2015.

No. Mercy is a all-boys kpop survival show (where the remainers form a new idol group). It started in late 2014 and ended with the debut of Monsta X in 2015. Maknae I.M.(Changkyun) was introduced later in episode 7. It began with 13 trainees and ended up with a septet. All 10 episodes are available with English subtitles on Youtube.
