Hello, and welcome to Rookiedom! In this event, rookie artists compete by creating amazing stages to win the viewers' attention. Ultimately, one will come out on top and become the Top Rookie. Will it be yours?

The Pre-Event:

Greetings!
Our next event will be in a few weeks, titled Rookiedom. This could be a continuation of last year's Rookie Project, where users created their own artists and promoted them with an artist thread, album(s), an interview and showcase.

If you're familiar with the Kingdom and Queendom survival shows, Rookiedom will run similarly. You must have an artist to compete in this event. But many people have joined or returned to KS since then, and we'd like to give all users time to prepare for it.

With that being said, if you plan to participate in Rookiedom you should start with this pre-event! This is where you work on your artist to compete in the actual event.

The Pre-Event

You have (2) choices:

1. Anyone who participated in Rookie Project at any point in time may use their artist. You can make any adjustments (add an album, add/remove members etc.).
If you'd like to change your artist, see option #2.

2. If you didn't participate in Rookie Project but want to participate in Rookiedom, all you have to do is create an artist thread that includes the following:

Members - people must be created; images of real people are not allowed

Debut single
- Include Youtube video / Spotify link of real song - song title is up to you
- Include 4-image collage of MV

Debut Album
- Include tracklist (a Youtube / Spotify playlist containing real songs - song titles are up to you)
- Include album art you create

Artist Logo - you create

(An additional resource for general graphics is Canva)

You may work in groups of 1 to 4 users. Your artist thread must be posted in Fanfiction.

Rules

- Follow official event rules.
- Teams can be 1-4 users.
- All team members must be active users. If at any point you have to be inactive during the event, let us and your team know.
- All creations must be made by you and (if applicable) the members in your team. Outside help of any kind will not be tolerated.
- When voting, please do not score your rookie at all.
- Your stages must be threads, posted in Fanfiction.

All Stage Requirements

These guidelines are the same for each stage, unless stated otherwise. Your stages must have the following:

Title
This can be the song title or something else you make up.

Song
- Find at least (1) real song on Youtube/Spotify*
- You may use rave.dj, but it's optional.
- Include 4-5 lines of lyrics you create.
*For Stage 1 and 2, the songs must be taken from the rookie profile created in the pre-event.

Performance
- Create a moodboard of at least (4) images. At minimum, include what the stage looks like and outfits.

Prizes

- The winner of Rookiedom will receive a custom "Top Rookie" badge.
- The top scoring rookie every week will earn a custom card based off the stage that week, and a benefit in stages 2 and 3.
- The Events Team will award extra points to our top two rookies every week. (This has nothing to do with who scores the highest, only what were our two favorite stages.)
- All participants will receive 2x the amount of voting points they earn, in KS Coins.

Actual songs, yes. Found on either Youtube or Spotify. Song titles are up to you.
