I was looking at a Korean article today, or at least the pictures and an add poped out at me. I couldn't read any of it because I don't read Korean but the picture got me thinking. Any diet that works like this has to be torture... for the dieter and everyone else... and it'd probably kill you if it worked like the picture. But if you survived it'd be amazing.

Yk we have our laxative diet tea at home. My mom says it’s painful so idk why we still have it bc no one drinks it…

i’ve read about people getting physically treatments to clear up their bowels… not bc they actually need it. It’s like part of the worst end of that detox type products and stuff. Most of that stuff is not really needed or true and treatments like that can probably be harmful. It’s better let your digestive system do its own thing at its own pace if you don’t have any physical issues with it and are eating normally…
