mine is the fact that i haven't slept in two days and im going to get a three hour nap just to wake up and stay up for another 24 hours....

It isn't recent, it's been ever since lock down in early 2020. I go to bed everyday around 4am and get between 3 to 5 hours of sleep. I wonder how I'm still alive lol
