i am so stressed lately, ive had this constant headache for the past week and I'm not getting enough sleep lmao

i have things i need to do but the stress is getting to me so what are some ways u guys relieve stress without taking too much time out ur day? i like to shower, but i only do that every other day or else my hair gets all dry and breaks.

depending on your preference, i find that listening to comedy shows or podcasts really helps my stress by laughter. I don't even watch that much feel good stuff if I'm stressed, I watch stuff or listen to stuff that makes me laugh

depending on your preference, i find that listening to comedy shows or podcasts really helps my stress by laughter. I don't even watch that much feel good stuff if I'm stressed, I watch stuff or listen to stuff that makes me laugh
i get distracted :yolk: i stopped listening to hdigh because i would stop working to pay attention to what jae and alexa said

oh jae and alexa is a good podcast tho, so is real talk? the one with bm ashley and peniel.
i relate tho i have to take breaks from listening to podcasts bc i g et distracted too

i relate tho i have to take breaks from listening to podcasts bc i g et distracted too
yess i watch the clips on youtube when i have free time cus it's great :queen:

honestly, I have a few things but idk if those work for you:
- make myself a hot drink and make sure to drink it in 15-20 minutes whenever I need a breather, afterwards I'm usually in the groove and study well
- sometimes, I will take a break, and listen to one (and only one) song
- take deep breathes (very deep ones, those force your body to relax)
- fling myself onto my bed or do something exerting so that my body gets worked up and then tired lmao

Otherwise, when I study, I also do this:
- have a lofi playlist for subjects where I do not need to concentrate as much
- I make sure to alternate my tasks (easy to hard to easy etc)
- I have a small notepad next to me for when I feel frustrated with what I do, and make small ugly doodles
- when I get too stressed, I sit back and take a breather

btwwww, for your headache, you should take Tylenol and Ibuprofen. You can literally accomplish nothing with a bad headache, and taking those meds aren't very addicting or anything.

A lot of people don't! Trust me, I used to be one of those people, but taking something seriously helps, even if there is just a bit of alleviation!
Like I said, Ibuprofen and Tylenol aren't something dangerous to take as long as you space it out right and take the right amount (based on whatever your weight is). But, studying with a bad headache is not gonna let you concentrate and then you feel like doing something else lmao
