Graphics Team Application


Hi! We are currently looking for a new member in our graphics team.
If you're interested read the following information below.


Requirements before writing your Application:

- You have to be experienced in graphic design
- You have to use an editing software (preferably Photoshop/Illustrator)
- You should be able to handle / give feedback in a respectful way
- You have to use discord in order to communicate with other staff members


Your Application

Being creative is very important to us, so we won't give you any rules or mandatory facts that we want to see in your application.

Here are some guide questions, if you do struggle to write your application:

- Why do you want to become a graphics team member?
- What is your experience with graphic design?
- How much time can you invest for the position?
- Which editing softwares are you most familiar with?
- How do you handle and give feedback?

Simply answering the questions with no effort will affect the quality of your application.


Once you're done with writing your application, you HAVE to add AT LEAST 2 of your previous creations to the application.
We will give you a special task (header/banner etc), to see how you'd imagine certain things, after the application time ends.


DEADLINE OF APPLICATION TIME:
August 17th 2021

ok so im confused and bored , looking through old stuff , see what happened when i was gone
how did you become part of the graphics team when between this thread and the previous one, if i see things correctly
there was no open recruitment?

did people love you so much, they just asked you to join behind the scenes? which would not be a bad idea, you pretty great after all

basically yes the graphics team had irl matters and needed a new member so they said i could join after they saw my stuff. and then the lead had to step away due to irl so the admins asked me to take over. I think I still have a lot to learn since I have only started graphics since this year but I do my best

but i do think its slightly strange they be not having open recruitments for it though
i mean, i wasn't active for awhile , so im not saying this for my own sake, i had life to deal with
and they be right to have someone like you, you is kind, you is important
but like, where the equality
there is plenty of other active ones around here who i bet love to help out and love making graphics
why didn't they get a chance? they be asking you because you is loved already but like , isn't that slightly playing favs? or whatever the right english term is

not trying to start a discussion or anything, im just genuinely intrigued by this
this ain't the first time i see this happening on the graphic team side

but anyways, who am i to say anything anyways
if they wanna do it this way, they got every right
but in my opinion its not completely fair to the entire community to not give them a chance to apply too but whatever
