When I become too emotionally overwhelmed. I tend to over-stress about the dumbest shit ever just to get over it 5 minutes later. Kinda the equivalent to ripping off a band-aid and realizing it wasn't so bad. Also, I get upset when I think about how cruel humanity is and then lose myself into some deep shit thinking...
