Yesterday some students had a walk-out against homophobia, racism, and sexism. But most people used it to skip classes.

The protest was today as well and most kids are trying to fight them. the people trying to fight the protesters makes me uncomfortable due to me being black and bi and it seems like they are just upset at them for nothing. The only thing that the protesters did was take down the american flag off of our flag pole and didn even do anything to it. But they are all talking about how their going to go and burn the pride flag. They are also worried that the team they are versing today in football is going to see the flag and make fun of them but like why are you worried about the other team if you say you are an ally.

I feel uncomfortable at school right now.

the fact that the faculty staff is doing nothing to stop those fights is just baffling.

protesting against one another and taking each other´s flags down is not a way to go.

if an American flag is a big symbol for many people I can see why they might want to take it down and why others are upset about it.

the school should be a safe ground and this whole situation seems unsafe to everyone.

1 of our 5 principals were at the protest yesterday but I dont know about today. They only did something yesterday by having security come out but it didnt seem like they cared today.

Our school payed half a million to keep their racist mascot and team name. I don't think they're going to take any action when it comes to this.
