I am third in terms of amount of cards; but if it's chosen by number of sets completed, then I'm on a big disadvantage.

Maybe Senior OTY? Like we could vote for some of the OG users (obviously have to be active) from 2018-2019 and call them Senior of the Year? (A reverse on Rookie Of the Year)
Another idea i have is fandom of the year, where we vote for the ”best” fandom on KPS, and the fans in the fandom get a banner for that?
staff member OTY? Voting for the hardest working or best improved staff member?
User of the year? And they get a personalised banner gif with the title?

senior of the year, staff member of the year and best-improved staff member of the year sounds great to me, i'll bring it up to the events team and see what they have to say about it

how would the best-improved staff member be decided though?

for fandom of the year, i can add it to the list of awards but the thing is, the users who won the award wouldn't be able to get a banner because there are many users joining ks every year and having an award like best fandom on ks would mean that the admins or senior mods would have extra work to do. the second issue i see with adding an award category like best fandom would be users claiming to be part of the fandom just to get the banner displayed under their profile which may lead to arguments so i think it'd be best to not add them for now.

as for the personalised gif banner, i'll have to bring it up to graphics and maybe the admins but i think it be fairer to keep it as a static banner for now because it may lead to arguments

the best writer? for fanfic writers, article writers etc.
the biggest fan? this might fall into the same category as the most dedicated user, I dunno but I see the "dedicated user" as someone who posts a lot (anywhere - chill zone, korean, japanese zone etc.) and has been on the forum for a longer period of time while "the biggest fan" is someone who is promoting their group, taking care of the artists´s threads etc.

the best graphic sounds good but my only concern would be having very few contenders or nominees because from what i have seen on the forum, there are very few users that have been making sigs for other users but i'll discuss it with the events team and get back to you

same thing for best writer

as for the biggest fan, it'll fall under the most dedicated user

based on the amount of cards they have? or most sets? the same way we are deciding on the "most dedicated user"? aka "most dedicated card collector" .

maybe that is why I see a difference between the "most dedicated user" and "most dedicated fan" because one can be a poster who posts A LOT and contribues to the forum by starting conversations, generally posting a lot, but the latter is someone who takes care of a lot of threads, to be concrete I´d say one takes care of one thread and is a dedicated fan like maybe ilychan and the second one takes care of a lot of threads like yili or navinci?
