I think he'd make a good leader because he is a pretty easy going and friendly person, he feel like he's able to understand and get along with a lot of different people but also isn't a pushover so I think he could get things done

first of all that gif haunts me in my dreams

also i would rather be a manager for a group mostly p1harmony because i think they deserve the world
if i was to be a manager for a soloist though it'd be woodz ofc....for business reasons

i think i would talk to them about what they want to do in their career and go from there and try to encourage them in the areas they are interested in. I don't think i'd restrict someone from trying something if they aren't amazing at it yet, since they only debuted last year and most of them are still very young and have a lot of time to improve
