For me I had about five panic attacks and about two anxiety attacks yesterday it's probably because I have ADHD and I'm on the Austism spectrum tho and I didn't take my meds yesterday

I really hope I don't have any episodes today too they get hectic when I have them

I hate having episodes I literally just had one I hate them so much

I'm feeling better, more optimistic. I'm working towards getting out of stucknessland and into successland. Going through a series of books I believe will help me achieve that.
