cliche as it is to say, kpop kind of changed my patterns a bit since comebacks happen at 4:00am in my timezone.

I sometimes do segmented sleep though. You know, not like a full cycle. Like I might sleep for 3 hours, then wake up, then sleep for 3 hours later shit like that. It kind of works for me, but it isn't something I do regularly.
