Not if he's the last Rare I doubt that'll happen as the 1st Deck seems more requested but still there's 25 left to be pulled after having since November 14th so this will undoubtedly take a long while even with the decks

If it helps you aren't alone as none of the 3rd batch Rare sets have been completed with Rosé and SuperM being the only two sets having all cards dropped while every other set is at least missing 1 card entirely let alone actually putting the set together
