I actually think this might help him. Hopefully he finds himself once again. He and Young K are so amazing.

I should have corrected myself and say they are all great but these two just do that for me ♥

Yeah I’m not as worried as others seem to be on twitter. His hiatus is more of an extended amount of free time handed to him. Wonpil is acting (will probably enlist soon) and Dowoon is enlisting on the 17th, so it wasn’t as if Jae promoting as Day6 was going to happen. People just need to take a breath and not just see the headline news outlets seem to be going with.

On a side note, hours after the announcement Jae hosted SMCU’s concert on Twitch, which is hilarious.

woha, Jae how is that even possible? that was hella fast :D
but I honestly think he has so many activities, he is not gonna be starving. he is someone who can present and talk quite well. a lot of people see him as a "relatable" celebrity so it´s more as you have said ... he is more free than ever. all I hope is him pulling himself together a little bit and deciding what he wants. I´m sure once he sets his mind he is gonna do well. but he is not helping himself much :D

He posted a message in Korean yesterday saying he was going on hiatus, then was streaming after JYP released their statement. He used a whiteboard and equations to explain what the situation was with him and the members. It seems like he and the other members made their mind up about Day6 before Sungjin enlisted. I hope he uses the time off to chill for a bit and organise himself going forward rather than go head first into everything.

good for him. he didn't seem much into the whole kpop idol thing recently so it's not even a surprise he left the company, i hope he does whatever is the best for him.
