Covid finally got me… (2 Viewers)

After two years and three vaccinations, covid has finally entered my system. My sister tested positive earlier this week, so I was kinda expecting it.

I tested negative on Tuesday, but took another lateral flow today just because I needed some stuff in town. I’m asymptomatic, back up in my room and now going to spend my day by catching up on SKZ Code episodes.

I wasn’t expecting a positive result, just because I feel fine. My immune system sucks, so if I even get a mild cold I’m out of it for a while.

Thank you. I don’t have a tv in my room, but I have other tech to at least keep me entertained. My poor mum though is dealing with my sister isolating in one room (til Monday), and me in another. She now has to look after my nephew for the weekend.

Ouch, glad you’re feeling better. My sister had a temperature and bad cough. Her symptoms have mainly gone now apart from her having no taste or smell.

I'm glad she's feeling better then-I'm on my sixth day and no fever so my work says I'm good to come back in so wish me luck on my first day back tonight!

I hope you continue to be asymptomatic. My BF started out like that but now he's got a sore throat (thankfully it hasn't progressed past that thought).

My sister’s on day five, and luckily it’s Friday so my mum only has to look after my nephew for the weekend and not have to get him up for school or anything. She’ll be picking him up soon and letting him know that his sleeping bag will be moved about again.
