Appreciation Creating a Concept + Album for my favorite nonexistent GG (1 Viewer)

because listening to Step Back again got me annoyed by the lyrics and I need the feel to satisfy myself to make a female empowered concept!
I made this cuz it's late at night and I've been learning for an exam tomorrow all day so this is also just a post to promote the songs below so please listen cuz they are bops!

Now my concept I though of is that the girls in the GG know they are in a toxic relationship but they don't want to leave yet because it's like the poison you willingly take but at the end of the 'album' they know they deserve more and have a sense of self respect they didn't have before.

Also I'm interpreting the lyrics of the songs in my way, they might obviously mean something different or you have another opinion about it.
But I'm just taking out the parts that would be relevant for my concept.

Also my favorite nonexistent GG is the one by Beat Interactive that I've wanted for a really long time now. Just imagine the song sung by 5 girls and you get my vision.


1. Intro - Wedding & Funerals


Gives off the overall feel of the album.
Talking about that they don't want to waste their time in a relationship waiting for wedding & funerals but actually want to live life.


2. Monster


Seeing what your partner has turned into due to outer influence, those feelings might have possible been within them already but only got strengthened.


3. Choke


It's gotten bad, but you're held on by them, feeling like you need to stay with them but you just know that you need to leave.


4. Title - Love Sux


You finally left the relationship, but you still feel for them because you remember the good parts even though it's only been the worst the past couple of weeks/months.


5. I drive me mad


Kind of reflecting on "Love Sux", realizing you shouldn't feel bad for leaving the relationship, you sometimes still do but that annoys the hell out of yourself


6. Not Your Baby


Accepting your freedom, saying you're not someones property, finally being independent, while he's trying to get you back.


7. Outro - SHE


This song for me as the outro is kind of like a 50/50 cuz at one hand it's like
"i own what I do" type of song but at the same time it's also "be cautious of the future" in a sense.
The future is unwritten for SHE(third person, meaning themselves) and it's up to them what to do with it.
