I ordered a sealed A.C.E album on Ebay on December 7th, it said it would arrive by December 15th.

It's January 21st and the seller didn't even ship it yet and they aren't replying to my messages so my money is just lost ig

Contact eBay, had something similar happen to me. Call them tbh, they’re better at responding via phone call.

definitely bully ebay into contacting them so you can get your money back that's just not okay

i think ebay has a 30 day refund policy meaning you can only get a refund if you contact them within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. you should still try to contact them and tell them you never received a shipment notice but be prepared that they might say no. if you paid through paypal you can typically get a refund within 180 days, i think most credit cards have a similar system?
