For me I'm the opposite in that I've never done a rare re-roll and the only time I've considered doing one is with the Chuseok card I have along with the Christmas Star card but I do plenty of normal re-rolls to build up my trade center with valuable cards since I have no overarching end game and this has worked in my favour so far.

you can certainly get a lot with a valuable rare card. but tbh, there aren´t that many valuable rares around. apart from SNSD perhaps?

good idea. I have participated in the roulette twice, I think? it is not that beneficial tbh, but it is fun, simple for the fun. I am trying very hard not to reroll my commons because having more cards gives me better chances to get what I want. Also, honestly, I am at the point where I just like most boy groups anyway so no complaints.
there is still a chance someone might join and want the GGs I have, though I doubt that but you never know.
still comparing the excitement for the previous batches with the last ones, it feels so chill I need to spice it up :D.

I think it's worth it since they add least dropped cards as well as removing most dropped, so you might get cards you could trade better as well

There was one time I put a less dropped card (for me 7 or less out is less dropped card) bc it was the second time I got him and I didn't want him and only got more dropped cards I couldn't trade in return, so I keep an eye out on how many are out of the cards I put in as well. I did that before too, but since I got him twice, I put him in the roulette. Since then I've gotten him a third time (The Rose Hajoon)

Well we're at the tail end of the Rare batch now but it depends on what you're asking for like in your case I think people just have a hard job getting cards you want however if you wanted to be more strategic about things you could trade Rares you have trouble getting rid of for 2 Commons as there are people who would do that when they're after Rares and you could use it to cut down the pool of a deck or just get more for re-rolls

I am currently looking for two cards to complete two sets and it is honestly not that there is a lot of competition, it is just that they are stuck somewhere. I might go the route of rerolling the rares simply to raise the cards count and possibly increase the probability. I just know it would be easier if I could somehow ask for commons only via my dailies :D. but if it is not possible, fair enough.

haha, Rose cards came to me without even trying too. I am saving those as my last resort. when I really have nothing else to reroll :D.

Wait @brekker I remembered another reason you might want to join the roulette. They have a card of choice thing so you can request a card you want roulette team to enter, and 3 user's cards get chosen! It might help you get the cards you need to drop

You still get rid of the untradeable cards, I think it's worth it, but I've never gotten my card of choice either

that is true and I will remember that day till I die. I still need to get the Minho Legendary so I am saving all my points and working on getting my 20,000 posts hoping that I will get more points. I dunno, I might need to pay everyone to enter just to get a higher chance of getting it because Winter is never gonna trade her Minho :D.

The thing is that most of the recent batch cards are gotten through ways which force them and they end up just not dropping because even with the split decks it's still a lot of cards and the decks both help as it's a smaller pool but hurt if someone prefers the other deck so you really have to try your best to increase your odds nowadays and you don't keep up with Rares but the recent batch still has Rares that have yet to drop so re-rolls really help with Commons.
