I mean, he’s not exactly a nobody. Being a Brit in the 90’s myself it meant I heard a lot of the Britpop music, and Blur were a massive part of that movement.

His comments about Taylor Swift though were disappointing. He’s since backtracked, but it seemed like such a flippant comment he thought he could say and get away with. Props to Taylor for calling him out on it.

Oh he definitely deserved shade, I just think it’s because younger people genuinely don’t know who he was. He very much sounded like a bitter old man.
