I've been in a reading slump for a while so I've only been re-reading books as of late.
I'm currently re-reading Renegades by Marissa Meyer which is like a superhero villains book and the first within a trilogy.
I got the second one in the mail recently and thought I should re-read the first before picking it up.

I started reading the Shatter Me Series and To All The Boys I have I Loved Before. Such great books.
I also fell in love with the book "Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda"

One of my friends has really been trying to get me read Simon vs the homosapiens~! Did you see the movie for it? What about To All The Boys I've Loved Before?

I haven't read any of the books but I've seen the movie for To All the Boys I've Loved Before and I really loved it.

The Book and Movie of Simon vs. the homo sapiens agenda was one of the best things I have seen/read this year. It's really intresting and both movie and book do have differences but are still amazing and perfect (and Simon is really such a lovely charecter).
To All The Boys I Have Loved Before is just great. I really loved the movie and that was the reason I started reading the series and I really love it so far. Lara Jean is literally me lol. And Peter K. and her are just perfect together.

same. I really was in a bad slump for like a year and did not read anything. But these books really got me intrested and I just really enjoyed them :)

I'm trying to read Wildcard, the sequel to Warcross by Marie Lu, but I read that a long time ago so I'll have to reread it

I really need to make more time for reading, because I've been in a huge reading slump this year.
I have this whole week off, so maybe this will be my time :pepecheer:

I m currently reading Lock by Mollly McAdams. It s the second book in Rebel series, a spin off for Redemption series. It s about mafia so it s a really cool series. I recommend!

I haven't been reading as much as I used to unfortunately. I do want to re-read Scythe by Neal Shusterman so I can read the sequel because the first book was really, really good.

Oof I can relate so much to the reading slump thing. Sucks that you weren't the biggest fan of Renegades but it's not everyone's cup of tea!

I just finished the memoir The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls and omg it was so good I'd recommend it if you have time. I also started reading the Great Library series and I love it so far!

Currently reading "120 Days of Sodom" by Marquis de Sade. This is not a book for the faint of heart because the author (whose name is literally the genesis of sadism) is a seriously messed up dude.

Last book I read was Shattered Dreams by Ulff Lehman, which was just, okay. Prior to that I finished what is probably the best fiction I've read in forever. I finished the heart wrenching Assassins Fate by Robin Hobb. It's an emptiness reminiscent of me growing up as I finished the Harry Potter books. Where do I go from here? The story of characters I've followed for years have ended. And I've felt like I've grown and matured with them as I read their stories. It's a horrible and terrifying feeling.

On the other hand I'm thinking of reading Bloody Rose, which is pretty lighthearted and comedic

Bloody Rose is amazing, but it will be better to read Kings of the Wyld first. It's not a prequel but it's still an introduction to the world and features characters you'll read about in Bloody Rose a lot so.

From her brief biography, nothing about Vera screams "spy:" Before being recruited, Vera's a depressed, closeted lesbian who spent her childhood in and out of detention centers. It's been an interesting read so far.
