I don´t get it why we can get Rose cards that literally I have seen ONE person collecting while we can´t get DPR cards

The Rose or Rosé from Blackpink as off the top of my head I could tell you 3 different collectors for Rosé

Well Myco and Panda have the set but that's all I am aware of and I think the problem really comes back to that either people will vote for every card they will collect and then hit the problem of needing priorities so some sets fall to the side as others pick up.

The other problem being people just voting for what they'd collect but just not really having the motivation to actually grind cards again so you get sets that are voted for by people who never actually go for them which is why I never push for the sets I want as I could definitely see one of the two if not both happening for some.

I don´t think anyone voted because they wanted to collect it, it was more like "please vote for it because you are my friend" kind of thing. I have honestly NEVER seen anyone putting them as their collected set in the list at Cal´s or ever been able to trade the cards. I had the other THREE members for MONTHS trying to offer them, trade them etc. no one was ever interested, in the end I did reroll them and all which is what is gonna happen to this card, so no biggie, BUT it is a little bit sad at some point.
I guess I could have been just unlucky so if there is a secret collector of the Rose, please come to me because these men do keep coming to me and apart from Vixx and Jay Park they are one of THREE MALE SETS I don´t want ... which surprises me too, yes :D
