I am specifically obsessed with the 9 membered jpop group (Toy Ibuki Rintaro Zen Hikaru Ryuga Asetan Sino Hayate) Scapegoat

I am irrevocably in love with ibuki and hayate

From my knowledge their original lineup debuted in 2009 and disbanded in early 2021 and the new lineup debuted in August of 2021

They don't have any songs out yet, unfortunately.. But they do post on their YouTube and tiktoks! Each member has an individual account along with the group account!

They obviously are more of an idol group rather than a band. And as I understand visual kei, it doesn't need to be metal music although it's so more frequently. I'm curious however, on this following video; they use some kind of pitch distorting effect. Am I right? or are they using any other kind of technique? Nothing wrong on using voice effects; my UG makes heavy use of autotune; but they don't use pitch correction. This looks more like pitch distortion. Do you know anything about this?

This is just a dance cover! The original artist is linked in the youtube description! They do have songs they have vocally covered! Also if per say if they were singing... I think the accurate description would be pitch disortion... even so i believe it would be cool for them to have that type of concept. Forever waiting for their official debut

Okay... I see. I have been going through the mvs you posted on the other thread. They would not normally use any pitch effect on their songs. I'm finding it hard to find any live video however. It seems there are a few others sharing that same name including a visual kei band.

Hmmmm, this may get a bit messy sometimes. I just subscribed to the vkei band's yt channel. People may get incredibly confused if I were to post about that other Scapegoat.

The other scapegoat disbanded, according to my info. The newer one is the groups/bands new lineup
