1. WJSN - The best in terms of execution even with all of the slips. I also think they really did well at letting different members stand out. I do think they are capable of more though so I'm looking forward to the next rounds

2. Hyolyn - A spectacle of a performance and I think she did really well and commanded the stage most of the time. Hers was the most visually unique in terms of props but I dont remember the dance as well

3. LOONA - Another group that has a good a concept but executed it at a lower level than usual. It could very well be because of COVID and lack of practice as well. I liked the solo parts but their energy wasnt at the same level it usually is.

4. Brave Girls - Pretty good! I liked they had so much input in the performance but I think some members focused too much on performing vocally well and looked like they were concentrating and not enjoying or being into the performance. Props are nice too but the choreo was a bit forgettable sometimes.

5. Kep1er and VIVIZ
Maybe it's because I'm not a Buddy but that also allows me to see the performance as someone who isn't as familiar with GFriend. I do think they danced well and the execution was fine but I don't really prefer the song selection and I prefer Rough to Time for the Moon Night. I think the lack of interest in the song contributed to me feeling like the performance wasn't much my style. I think it is a bit lacking compared to their stages I've seen in the past with them as GFriend as I usually like their performances especially Mago Rough Glass Bead etc

Kep1er executed well but the performance as a whole was just rushed feeling. They didn't look as comfortable as they could be with all of the set and the actual parts of the performance were so bare bones. It felt like it could be dance practice version more than a final performance. So I wish that Mnet wouldn't be so hard ass about we're not biased towards them because if means Kepler has rushed and meh concept performances I'll be disappointed

I don't think you had to be a Buddy in particular for Viviz performance as much as you have to know what Time For The Moon Night and Rough as songs stand for which is easier as a Buddy or if you understand Korean so i-fans were lost on it the most.

Time For The Moon Night being about missing someone who is gone and Rough being about wanting to turn back time and then the symbolism which I'm not going to get into because honestly there's just too much for me to explain without the post becoming too long :pandatea:

Even as a Buddy I struggled to catch everything especially on the first time like the dancers at the end are in a clock formation going from Viviz debut date to Gfriends which doesn't show up well anything but the full cam.

I don't expect people to get everything but you can see how much the performance has going for it creatively even if you aren't sure what it means exactly that it shouldn't be ranked last however the song choice was always going to be an issue since apart from Navillera Gfriends hits aren't exactly upbeat.

yeah i can understand that they had a specific concept they wanted to show to the audience but since the song choice wasn't my favorite and I was so confused, it naturally ranked lower. i still don't think the performance is bad but I've seen better by them so I was surprised that I didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed others.

perhaps my perception of them being normally great performers was part of why i ranked them last along with kepler. as someone who watched those girls from predebut in gp999 to now, i know that they are fully capable of great performances so that's why i ranked it lower. although i'm not a buddy and am more a casual fan of gfriend, i've been familiar with them since their debut and so have had a lot of good opinions for them even when they release music that is not my preference.

had i experienced more hyolyn, wjsn, etc performances maybe i would have ranked them lower but they managed to impress me so that's why they are high in my ranking. :sanapray:
