Belfast was a great movie that I don’t regret watching in the slightest. It shows a sad reality of the consequences of living in NI during that time period citizens had to face so interestingly & well. It gives a glimpse into our history from the point of view of a young boy, which I’ve never looked at from the eyes of child before. While I know its focused around Buddy and his family I was quite intrigued by the character of Billy Clinton, and wish there was more about him, but other than that I have no complaints. 10/10 and would totally recommend even if you don’t know much about the Troubles; it’s such an entertaining film to watch. @eclipsoul

i literally knew nothing about the history from the time period it took place in ngl but the movie was so good that the scene where jamie dornan's character was singing everlasting love nearly made me cry and that never happens with me and movies.

i wanted to see it in theaters the 2nd time so bad but they took it away to play the batman 13 times a day

AwThat scene made a tear roll down my cheek as well ngl 🥲 I’m glad you enjoyed it so much as someone who didn’t know much about the troubled history of the North :)

I’ve heard you ranting about this a few times before, and it sounds straight up pointless for them to be playing The Batman 24/7 honestly🙄
