Don't like pitch black tho...there's still a tiny bit of light coming through the window in my room so it's all good

Lights on, had some unpleasant experience when i was young, i get restless when in the dark and unable to sleep.

Anyways, lights off for me and as little natural light as possible, but not zero. I used to sleep with them on all the time because I used to be afraid of the dark (I still am kind of, but not enough anymore to have lights on), but ironically now I can't sleep with them on! lol
