First, my throat started getting a little sore, I didn't much of it... the next day I had a full on fever and chills. I couldn't even leave my bed last night because I felt so weak and my body was sore. My head was also pounding too :/ I still feel super dizzy

My mom and I ended up getting COVID at the beginning of 2022. I mainly had a mild sore throat, coughing, and a runny nose. The worst part was I had my wisdom tooth pulled out a few days before those symptoms appeared.

keep yourself hydrated. sweating always helps in reducing the temperature instantly. but that doesnt mean to work out 😭 but yea try sweating urself, it'll really kick out the fever.
and for the sore throat, drink hot stuff and do not eat anything cold even if u crave it 🔪 and ofc keep eating ur food so u dont feel weak. and a glass of glucose wont hurt if u could make it.

Yes, at the beginning of January I had gotten strep throat, and a few days later got COVID from my brother and his girlfriend. It took me a whole month to feel decent and I was still sick after that RIP
And I hope you feel better. From what I have heard from my friends, they personally only felt symptoms for 2-3 days, but everyone is different

No, im triple vaxxed n barely go out-except for food n grocery runs. Some times shopping/getting my phone serviced one time. Tests arent mandatory/very regularly done here tho unless there's a reason to do so.my younger brother got it bad last month n is recovering now. I hope u get well soon.
