I am posting this thread a little early because I'm not sure how active I will be throughout the weekend, and why not give you all a chance to start thinking about your demo stages.

Congratulations on getting past auditions (signups)! Now that you have been selected to be a part of Produce KS: Rise of Dawn, you now get a chance to showcase your skills. From May 28th (when this thread is posted) until June 2nd 11:59pm EST, you will be organizing and taking part in solo demo stages. We want to see what you have to offer to the table!
The minimum requirements for the demo stages are as follows:
An introduction of who you are and what you have to offer
The outfit you will be wearing for the demo stage
And a fancam to showcase what choreography you will be doing/the song you be performing
You may add additional components to your demo stage if you so desire. To submit your stage, you will be posting demo stage in this thread. You may post them before the deadline. I have also had a few questions already regarding this stage so I will take the opportunity to answer them:
Are we required to sing or dance ourselves?
No, you will just need a fancam to showcase what choreography your trainee will do. The aim of this is to showcase what your trainee has to offer and you can make up the details about them.
Does the outfit have to be the same as the one in the fancam?
No, actually it is recommended that it is not the same outfit. You can use outfits idols have worn, it can be those “starter pack” outfits, it can be articles of clothing you own, it can be screenshots of clothing you find shopping online. You get to decide how you want to display them.
Do the fancams have to be from the company we chose?
No, you are free to cover any artist! It doesn’t even have to be a Kpop song, but it must have a choreography. You can use boy group or girl group choreographies. You also do not have to stick to the same idol’s fancams all the way through. This will function like survival shows where you can cover almost any song. You get the choice of the song in this round.
After the demo stages, there will be three days of voting, until the 5th of June. I will be attaching the voting form in the OP of this thread when it comes time to do so. Do not vote for yourself and do not ask people to vote for you, we want the reflected votes to be as genuine as possible. Non-participants may also vote. But what would be a survival show without eliminations? The three trainees with the least amount of votes will be eliminated.
One last note!
In the next stage, you will be working in teams, so if you all could please fill out this form, that would be super appreciated. This will be used to set up the teams for the collaboration mission and to avoid any unnecessary drama.
