I just have to express my feelings on different groups who I feel deserve and don't deserve my attention and why I think so.

Spoiler: BlackPink Rant

For instance, I used to love BlackPink, and then I hated them. HATED them, except for Jisoo. For many ridiculous reasons:
(I felt)
They weren't as talented as 2NE1.
Their songs weren't as good as 2NE1.
They're boring on stage.
Jennie is the laziest Idol I've ever seen.
Jennie seems rude.
I can't get a handle on Rose's personality so I don't like her.
Fake Aegyo
They're the cause of 2NE1's disbandment. (Untrue.)
Jennie is why CL isn't having a comeback. (Untrue.)

Then one day I just realized, I like Ddu Ddu. I like Stay, I like Playing with Fire. I get excited when they come back in a way I don't get excited for other groups, because I know when they come back they'll release a fun song that I want to dance to and they'll kill it in a way girl groups don't kill it too much nowadays.

So why does any of that other stuff really matter? It's all in my head and I'm being hard on them for NO REASON. They're never going to be 2NE1, nobody is. They're my favorite group, they came on the scene and there was nothing like them and there never will be again. That has nothing to do with BlackPink. They're four girls living their dream and I enjoy listening to them.

Spoiler: Twice Rant

Another example is Twice. I used to HATE Twice. I hated that they did better than other groups I felt were better and more talented than them. I mean, they have 9 members but only 3 of them can really sing, and only one of them can really dance.
But you know what? I like their songs. Likey is like the most catchy song of all time, and they work HARD. Harder than anyone else in the business. That's probably why they're going to end up being the biggest there's ever been.

When they debuted, there was a polish and charisma that newly debuted groups almost never have and older groups sometimes never reach. They treat people with respect, they're kind, they're funny, they're likable. There's really no reason to dislike them.

I love Red Velvet, Exid, and Mamamoo but hated Twice. Wendy mocked black people multiple times, Mamamoo did Blackface, L.E. said Nigga, Twice did nothing, but it was Twice I hated. Made no sense.

Spoiler: BTS and GOT7 Rant

Then, there was the other side of the coin. BTS used to be my favorite boy group, but I stopped stanning them because their fans.

They made great music, they had great live performances, were kind and respectful. They learned from their past mistakes and never made the same mistakes twice. I started hating them because of their fans and started stanning GOT7 instead despite the fact that they were problematic and I didn't enjoy them of their music as much simply because their fans weren't annoying/embarrassing and I felt they were hotter than BTS.

That's literally the dumbest thing ever.

I still love Youngjae, Jinyoung, and Jackson, though. Three sweet boys and I'll still see what GOT7 is up to because I love them so much. I still love JB too even though I'm dropping him. He IS homophobic, and if I see him get better, maybe I'll reconsider. Bambam to me is completely irredeemable and cocky, and Yugyeom is just there for me tbh. I have no feelings for him either way. After L.A and hearing his past stories, Mark is done for me too.

Spoiler: NCT and Winner rant

Winner at one point I liked less than NCT despite the fact I enjoyed Winner more in every single category. Why? Because I hated every single YG group at the time, and felt that no YG group deserved my love and because I thought Taeyong was hot.
I was willing to overlook things Taeyong did in his past and his behavior problems I've witnessed all because he was hot, but blamed Winner for Ikon's and BB's scandals. Ridiculous stupidity.

So, I put all that in spoilers so you could all skip the groups that might trigger you.

5. Red Velvet. 3/5. If one more screws up, or they release another song like RBB or Power up, I might end up dropping them.

I already stan Hyuna! She was the first kpop idol I ever experienced. Bubble Pop was my shit back in the day.
