is there an option to get rare cards if the deck i choose is the anime and videogames deck? i've seen some users adding a rare deck after typing 'anime/videogames' but i wasn't sure if that was possible. if yes, then i'd like to add the rare 1 deck to my second request as well

No, the rare cards are only for mixed decks and Korean decks, anime and international don't have a chance of pulling a rare card.
