I just learned that people buy kpop albums and don’t actually listen to the CDs in them?! ​

Not anymore, because I don't have any CD players atm. I should buy one though I think the quality on the CD is much better too. The last CD I listened to was Russian Roulette by RV

You should get one I got a cheap little CD player but the sound quality is quite good. Don’t think I paid more than $30 CAD

It's me. I'm people but I love looking at the photobooks once in a while, I don't let my albums collect dust.

I'm planning to buy one of those CD players for my desk soon though

It’s good you don’t let them collect dust, I’d be concerned at that point. The photobooks do contain a good source of seretonin

When I purchased Girls' Generation albums, I copied the music into my computer and put the CD's back into the albums.
Then I'd only listen to them from my computer.

I know I could've bought the albums digitally, but at that time, I figured purchasing physical albums would be a better way to support the group because I read somewhere that only physical versions would be counted in the Hanao and/or Gaon music sales charts.
As far as photo books, I looked through them a few times the first days and thought those were nice.

Now I purchase music digitally out of convenience and to save a bit of money.

Nah, i have a cd player n speakers but its a hassle so i just listen on spotify

Sometimes yes! I just listen to albums on my DVD/Blu-Ray player since it also plays CDs on it. Also, there are times when I buy the albums for the album-only tracks since I can't listen to them digitally.
