Honestly, definitely the worst part about staff. Especially when it comes to being a mod, it's like we aren't allowed to say what's on our mind if it disagrees with people or else we are biased and incapable of doing our job lmaooo

I remember someone wanted it to be known I wasn't mod material after I quit because I had fun spreading opinions .
Altho they did that a lot too while I was one >.>

Easier said than done. The usual trouble is that you are deemed "biased for this" or "biased for that" when voicing out your opinion (hell, sometimes, we don't say crap and are still deemed biased) and suddenly people will think you can't do your job right cause you disagreed with them in the past.

I agree, but it's not the job that takes that away. It's not like we take on a job and the admins say "you can't say this or that." It's really the users who make trouble and will use what has been said against the staff members. The amount of times that we hear that we are biased towards this group or those users or this fandom, it's honestly insane and unfair. So naturally, staff members become more careful about the things they say.
