There is no direct translation of “yes” in Irish. E.g, “Yes, I like Loona” would roughly translate to “I do like Loona”. It also depends on the time tense like past, present & future. This all applies the same way for no too.

i know one about urdu. it came into existence when the mughal rulers came into india, they spoke persian, but unlike the royalty, the common people didn't know persian, so they spoke bits of hindi (then hindavi) and bits of persian and that combination came to be known as the language urdu
