Im not calling her an it girl. I said she has potential to be one, so in the future. When Loona Heejin was first revealed by BB when she was 15 I saw people call her future it girl. When Lami was in SM she was also considered by a lot of SM stans to become an it girl in the future, and she was like half Hyein’s age.

I know there will be people keen to crown an it girl from Newjeans, but for me that defeats the point of the group - they are meant to be one where none stands above the rest, that’s why they don’t have the standard “roles” of a group (Visual, Leader etc etc) - instead they are a group where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. At least that’s my take on them. 🤷🏻
