I discovered kpop in 2010 when a guy I went to high school with who moved to Korea sent me a link to f(x) Nu Abo video. I became so obsessed with f(x) that my wife at the time got mad about it and finally accused me of "loving those asian girls more than you love me". I clapped back with Amber's line "Yes this is how we do it pure love f(x) Yeah Yeah!"

The next day she filed for divorce and I signed the papers and put "f(x) 4 life" next to my name.

I've been a kpop fan ever since.

I was walking through Chicago when I was kidnapped by a man.

He held me in a van for three days and three nights, cutting me off from the outside world.

I was forced to listen to this dreadful song on repeat until I developed a stockholm syndrome and fell in love with the instruments and the man who kidnapped me. Here's the song and the man:

i was in the park strolling my boyfriend when all of a sudden as my boyfriend is barking, the building in front of me collapses and as it is collapsing, i start panicking and running away but i stop and see that the ground below me is sinking, cracks appear and i close my eyes awaiting my death, when all of a sudden an angel comes and landing swiftly and picks me up and takes me to safety, i still remember how she was glowing, she said her name to be myoui mina. but then i woke up and turns out i had passed out and was dreaming, my boyfriend jaehyun besides me. i look at him and are suprised, since that day i was on a journey to find that angel, just for her to be in my future fav group twice ❤😇

I was walking in Shrek's swamp and then Shrek yelled at me with a seductive Scottish accent: "What are you doing in my swamp?" and then he angrily shoved an onion in my mouth.
"Leave her alone" I heard someone say.
I turned around and saw a handsome guy wearing a denim jacket and jeans.

"What did you say?" Shrek asked.
"I said, leave her alone." the handsome guy said and broke the wall of his swamp house.
Then I saw that Shrek had posters on the wall. Posters of Justin Timberlake, Bonnie Tyler, Ricky Martin etc...
"I think you should stan ATEEZ instead, ogre."
Then he winked at me.
"I think you should stan ATEEZ too, beautiful goose." he said to me, which made me feel goosebumps and my heart started fluttering.
Then he gave both me and Shrek ATEEZ albums.
I wanted to say thank you, but I was still chewing on the onion.
He took my hand and said: "By the way, my name is Seonghwa."
Then he took my hand and kissed my cheek.
"I want you to listen to all of our albums and then I want you to marry me."
Then he left.

But after I listened to all the ATEEZ songs and went to ask him to marry me, he said no and told me that he has gotten married to Hongjoong.
And I got sad.
But then he said that I could be his pet goose.

That is how I got into kpop.
And yes, I'm Seonghwa pet goose.


I ended up writing an entire fanfic lol

Well like most people, I was walking up the elevator shaft on a wintry Tuesday in July. And EXID were preparing for Up & Down promotions. LE spotted me while they were doing the point dance, and JYP turned his head in my direction and told me to get over there. I ran over and Hani winked at me, slid the CD into my bag with a pack of cookies. LE wanted to teach me the point dance, so I learned it and they put me in the MV (you can't blink or you'll miss me). I left that elevator shaft as a KPop fan and a new fan of shortbread cookies.
