Depending on the day, sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 2-3 hours

On weekends I usually stay in bed a bit longer to read

If I have to work I stay around 30 mins, cuz I know I can't get up immediately. I also set my alarm 30 mins earlier than usual for that. If I'm free, it depends. Sometimes 1 hour sometimes 2

I set my alarm for about an extra 20 minutes before I need to actually get up because in the morning I struggle to get up

Me too, I just hate those mornings where I have to get up early (like around 7) but my body wakes me up at 5

15-30 minutes when I have to work (I factor this time into when I set my alarm because I need it to mentally prepare)

Or if I don't have to pee/am not hungry it can be a couple hours.
