anyway, yeah, im 17 rn, so it was pretty... heavy? especially the random triggers i get for a lot of things. like i went into an old math classroom today and it triggered something from last year because i was talking to that person while we were in that room. like it was kinda random.

Thank you. I'm not TRAUMATIZED, traumatized, and it's not like I have nightmares about it, but I do get daytime flashbacks every now and then. Luckily for me, I can use my plushies as a security blanket.
