anyway imo bom has always been technically not-very-great - but her voice is unique, which is why she was chosen as 2ne1's main vocal. stylistic reasons, not technical. which is why i appreciate her so much, she sings because she wants to, not thinking about "oh xyz is technically better than me so i shouldnt sing". and thus she blesses us with her beautiful voice (which is one of my kpop favourites). also respect teddy park for utilizing 2ne1's very varied set of vocals well (even if this meant doing my bias dirty, cause well, you don't put too much sugar in spicy food, do you?)

These ones probably won’t be as detailed but I’ll try to put effort into them anyway :)

SHINee: They have a very strong vocal line imo, but as well as that I also love their individual vocal colours, they’re so satisfying to listen to.

Fromis_9: I dont get their music hype I’m sorry🥲 maybe it’s just because I’m not into cute concepts but most of their songs aren’t for me.

B1A4: I don’t know much about them minus the fact their name is the members’ blood type

shinee: agree hands down :)) rap line are also great singers
fromis: disagree obv but i get it, they haven't really delved into girl crush. they've been experimenting with more mature, sultry sounds now, so if you'd enjoy that then escape room and rewind >>> (especially the performances, they donothing but prove the superiority of WOMEN)

b1a4: yeah ig you wouldn't enjoy them much as they mostly do bright concepts too, but they are self producing!

f(x): i agree. but i'll add: amber is well trained as a singer, she's better than vic and sulli. but then again, sometimes stylistic choices > technical choices, and sm must have had their reasons.

In no way are Vocalracha bad vocalists, and heck Danceracha are quite a strong dance line, but as a group I don’t find those aspects as impressive, if that makes sense

ATEEZ- I prefer Seonghwa + Wooyoung’s sp over San, because while San is the best performer, I hate to be the one to say it but he sometimes gets too much into the mood of the song, whereas WooHwa have the perfect amount of energy and facial expressions

Yes, they have a weak vocal line, no one in ITZY is an outstanding singer. But-people hyper fixate on that all the time, and I think its unfair on ITZY, because they have other talents too
