Brand rankings are incredibly dumb though even if we take it as correct information since Kpop fans take it as a good thing to top it but it counts both positive and negative interactions so it only measures who is being talked about and even then there's dumb things like Gfriend members can't rank because Gfriend disbanded and Viviz can't rank because they're registered as Gfriend.

Some of those idols are still popular in general Korean culture if not in kpop. For example, I think Hwasa is still a semi-regular guest on “I Live Alone”, and Hyeri is shooting a lot of dramas. So in those instances “forgotten ” is a bit harsh - on the other hand, Idols like Nana, I remember she tried to make it big in China, and after that I have no idea…
