recently I have trouble just finding friends/making them and sometimes I wish I had a bigger friend group so I wouldn’t feel so alone at school
are you able to make friends easily?

I do. But a lot of them backstabbed me or just stopped being my friends.
I am alone now and I do not mind it.

I also don’t mind being alone, it’s just it looks I’m a loner when I sit alone at lunch sometimes

Ah. Well just ask people in your class if they wanna be friends with you.

Common interests is usually the easiest way. Find people who share something with you

Try and get talking about hobbies which it's easier for someone to talk about themselves so if you feel they are more awkward than you in a conversation then ask them about their hobbies and they might open up about them

Aside from family members, I have never considered anyone a friend; and I'm okay with it.

Usually I just find something they have/like that i know of and talk about that.. common interests.
