I have therapy today and I don't want to go, I wish I picked a later date or just never replied at all. I'll go, mostly because the price for not going is like 6 higher then my copay would be, so it's quite a bit and I don't want to pay that for nothing

Therapy can be good. I've been putting mine off aswell. Thankfully they don't charge for canceling or rescheduling.
