Well if we start policing people based on the personal moralities of others we will be living in a fascist society. Do you remember those days? When women had to cover their entire body and their parents had to chose a spouse for them. Because it was perceived to be morally wrong for women to do things they wanted and instead being forced to do what society considered to be 'decent'.

If Dicaprio is doing something illegal or causing harm to others, then yes, he crossed the line.
