Well, to keep it streamlined and organized for everyone, having one color makes sense.
Otherwise, members would have so many random colors just for one label/title and that would be a headache for the graphics team, I'd assume, because everyone would be asking to change down the line.

Another example ~ Think about this. If doctors and nurses had different color lab coats and scrubs based on their personal color preferences, wouldn't that look chaotic and unprofessional to the patients? I think so.

I literally have all the requirements except two i have to be online like all the time which i can do if i choose to and the other one is i think you have to be 18+ right if not then i would totally apply

Yes it is harder because @eclipsoul custom makes all of our user group banners including the donor one and right now we cant upload new ones due to the head admin being busy in real life. But in general we aren't going to allow custom color donor banners for the same reason you can't have custom color usernames. We use the colors to differentiate the roles of each member and if everyone who is a donor can have their own color it will mess up our system. It's helpful to have moderators have their own color, admins, graphics staff etc.
