I'm really really bad at doing this.

My phone is NEVER off, as for my laptop I'm trying to be kind to it and turn it off at least once a week.​

I probably do a full reboot once a month for my laptop, and my phone just whenever it starts to randomly crash so about every 2-3 weeks

My poor phone only ever turns off when it has to reboot for a system update

Mine decides to do this thing every so often where no apps work unless I reboot my phone 😭 and oh yeah updates too (which I almost never do, I usually wait till the next update comes out and hit two birds with one stone)

Do you have an iPhone or smthn? I have Android and it literally forces me to schedule install or install RIGHT NOW. No ifs, ands, or buts!

For my phone, I rarely shut it off completely.
However, I do restart it weekly to reset the software to prevent freezing issues.

For my computer, almost after every use. Except when I feel lazy, then I leave it on to do some short errands outside and jump right back in when I get home.

When I used to have my computer in my room, I turned it off every night before I went to bed, but now that I sleep in a room without my computer in it, I just leave it on all night. My phone only gets turned off if it loses battery or if it starts acting weird. lol
